The Release Course is designed for anyone who has a life-controlling habit and wants support to stop.
Breaking a habit is difficult – whether it’s smoking, shopping, food, internet use, anxious thoughts, gambling or drinking. Research has found that we find it easier to handle such issues with the support of others who are going through the same thing. Each week you will understand more about your dependencies, how your past still affects you and how you can move away from these life-controlling behaviours.
