Love Your Neighbour Volunteer Sign-Up

As well as taking personal responsibility for those who you come across in your immediate world, we as a church family have a unique opportunity to be a beacon in Cambridge, Bury, and the surrounding areas and to Love Your Neighbour. But we can’t do this without you, here is how you can practically be involved:

• Supermarket food collections – evenings and mornings, collecting food from various local supermarkets across all days of the week. We also have a need for adhoc collections, sometimes extra food surplus comes available and we need people to nip out on an evening, last minute, to go and collect the food.
• Bury Food hub – On Sundays for a couple of hours in the afternoon, let us know if you’re interested and when you might be available to help us run it.
• Cambridge Market- helping with running the market and support people while shopping. Mondays - afternoon and evenings, Sundays - afternoons.
• Warehouse – Packers & Drivers needed. Monday – Thursday 11am-5pm.
• Food Truck Friday – Helping with hot food, sorting through food surplus, and doing adhoc jobs on Fridays! 10am-4pm.
• Work from home - if you're even a little tech savvy - we could use your help. We require people to work from home, processing requests for assistance, calling people to confirm details.

We are also interested to hear from you, even if are not available at any of these times.
