Sunday Meetup FAQs

Sunday Meetup FAQs

Why do I need to book a ticket?
Tickets are free and necessary so that we can ensure we keep to the safe amount of people in each session and so that we can contact you if there is a coronavirus case that arises. We will not be able to give you access to Sunday Meet Ups if you have not booked a place.

Can we go inside the building?
Cambridge: There will be access for the bathrooms in Coldham’s Coffee but otherwise, all interaction, service elements and socialising will take place outside in the C3 Centre Car Park.

Bury: We do not have access to the toilets in the school building, but will have access to toilets in one of the mobile classrooms, should you need them.

Can we bring our children?
Yes! Children are absolutely welcome. There will be no kids team or kids church, so you will be responsible for your children at all times.

Cambridge: The play area will be open, and we would ask you help your children to maintain social distancing.

Bury:We have the whole school field available for children to run around on (under parental supervision) please feel free to bring some games for them to keep them entertained as well.

What if I’m feeling ill?
If you have had any Coronavirus symptoms in the last two weeks, please wait before you attend Sunday Meet Ups. If you experience any symptoms after you have come to Sunday Meet Ups, please notify us immediately. By signing up for Sunday Meet Ups, you are agreeing that your details may be shared with NHS Test and Trace in the event of a COVID-19 outbreak.

Will there be a service?
We will have a short devotional and time of prayer for between 10-15 minutes. There will be no singing as this is still prohibited by the government guidelines.

What if I have other questions?
You can email us at hello@thec3.uk with any questions or give us a call on 01223 844415 and one of our team will be happy to chat things through with you.
